- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return.
- Any product that shows signs of wear or use will not be accepted for return.
3. Return Process:

- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the product back to us, securely packaged, and using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

- Once the inspection is complete and the return is approved, we will process the refund or exchange.
